Information about your stay

The hotel: 3* category, our rooms are being renovated, these will be available in winter 23/24.
Check in: Your room is available from 3 pm on the day of arrival.
Check out: Rooms must be vacated for cleaning by 10 am on the day of departure. Late check-out subject to availability.
Reception: Unfortunately, check-in and check-out not possible on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday! (Exceptions on request)
Location: In peaceful Oberlech, directly at the slopes. We have direct access to the Oberlech tunnel system, which provides convenient underground access to the guesthouse and other hotels. More about the location
Arrival & parking: We have put together separate information about getting to our hotel. More about how to get here
Families: Children up to four years stay free in their parents' room. A cot is available on request. A babysitting service is available on request (for a fee). The children's area and ski school are just a three-minute walk from the hotel.
Breakfast: Breakfast is included. The buffet is open from 8 to 10 am. Further information

Restaurant: Our rustic Bauernstube lounge and family-friendly restaurant and bar are open every day except Tuesday. Here, we serve breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner. The evening menu is not included in the room rate (except as part of a special offer). It can be booked each day and costs €56 per person.
Sun terrace: We are also happy to serve you on our sun terrace.
Lounge: Outside of meal times, the Bauernstube launge can also be used as a private office, games room and TV room.
Spa: We have a 220-sqm wellness area. More about the spa
Souvenir shop: We offer homemade specialities such as arnica brandy, arnica oil, bloodwort and sage brandy.
In winter: Ski passes can be bought at reception. Shoe dryer. Free mini bobsleigh rental. More about winter holidays

Prices, booking, terms & conditions

Prices: The room rates are per day and per person, including breakfast buffet, use of our spa area, and all taxes and duties. Tourist tax of € 4,60 per person per day (from 15 years) is not included. You can check the prices for your holiday period using our booking tool: To price inquiry
Rooms: Pension Berger has 15 rooms. A specific room can only be booked by prior agreement and is not guaranteed. Room overview
Opening hours: Our hotel is open in winter from December to the end of April and in summer from July to the beginning of October.
Extra beds: Extra beds in the rooms are charged separately (requires two adults paying full price) – the room rates for a third person in the room depend on age:
0 to 4 years: free
5 to 12 years: 50%
discount 12 to 70 years: 30%
discount Over 70 years: 50% discount

Dogs: Pets are allowed by prior agreement. Please let us know in advance if you are bringing your dog with you. We charge € 28,-- per dog per day without food.
Booking & deposit: Room bookings are considered to be fixed once your deposit is paid into our account
